My fitness methodology is to build your confidence by pushing you beyond your perceived limits – and prove that you can do things you never previously imagined.
Online live Classes are taught using the TRX suspension trainer. I use over 66 different strength and Boot Camp style routines. You will never see the same routine in class.
These classes are focused on a combination of High Intensity Interval Training, body sculpting, core, and cardio using weights, exercise bands, the bosu and the stability ball.
